What is included?

Each of our trailers includes a Winch, drop hitch, ratchet straps, axel straps, basic tools and a bottle jack. 

Do I need trailer insurance?

Nope, we just need a form of ID and proof of insurance to rent one of our trailers. In Texas, when the trailer is hooked up to your vehicle it is covered by your auto policy. 

Can I travel outside of the Austin area with my rental?

Yes, as long as it is returned at the designated location.

Do I need my own hitch?

Nope!  We provide a hitch free of charge. It is an adjustable 6 inch drop hitch rated at 15,000LB wit a 1-7/8, 2",or 2- 5/16"ball.

What kind of vehicles can I transport?

-Weight capacities vary by trailer and towing vehicle. If you rent our car hauler, the GVWR is 10,400 lbs and the payload is 8400 lbs. For more information contact us so we can guide you to make the best decision for you.

-Our Flatbeds have a GVWR of 14,000 lbs. and payload to be carried can be 11,000.

Can I cancel my rental?

Yes, please give us 24 hour notice. If 24 hours is not given, deposit will not be refunded.

What happens if I am late to my pick up or drop off time?

Please keep in contact with me if you are going to be running late. Your pickup time starts at your designated appointment time. If you are late there will be a 1 hour late fee charge of $25 and an additional $25 for every 30 min after that.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, military and first responder. Feel free to ask! 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a $100 deposit.
